We received the product quickly; however, I had ordered black to match my son's helmet and received a white camera instead. When I reached out to their support email, I received an automatic reply saying it didn't go through. Apparently, they do not have customer support. My son has no interest in a white camera, so it's a waste for us. Customer beware.
